April Snow Storm Related News

As of  14:00 hours (2pm) the fire company has received 10 alarms over the last 8 hours plus an additional line officer's response for a flooded basement in a commercial building.  Several power lines have been taken down and blocked road ways such as Baird Rd by 441 and Creek St by Creek Hill Lane,  while one emergency call was for a tree on a house.
The news reports that the Penfield area has received a little less then 2 inches of heavy wet snow with a small accumulation of rain on top of that.  The area is still under a winter storm warning till the springtime Nor'easter moves out of the area sometime on Tuesday.
